Benham Apartments Chisholm Multi-Residential Supportive Housing

Philip Leeson Architects led a multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants to master plan, develop concepts, produce design documentation and obtain DA for this large-scale multi-residential project.

The project included 22 supportive housing units with specific requirements different users. The development is adjacent a shopping centre and residential housing blocks and is designed to maintain privacy and the existing amenity of those sites.
